colloquium. All the information
will be presented here on this web-server,
and the main facts will be sent by e-mail
as well.
Registration fee covers
admission to conference sessions, a copy of the abstract book,
a copy of proceeding, three nights stay at Hyatt Regency Waikiki
Resort & Spa (from Oct. 31st night to Nov. 3rd morning), banquet,
refreshments during breaks.
Basically, rooms are shared by two participants. If you
would like single room, additional fee of 12,000 yen for each
night is required.

No refund will be made, basically.
After the bank transfer, please send the
online registration form.
Once your payment is confirmed, the receipt will be sent by conventional mail.
Do not forget to bring the receipt to the conference. It will be used to confirm
your payment at the registration counter.

No entry visa to USA is required for participants
from most countries but we suggest
that you check with your travel agency.
Participants who need a invitation letter to receive
visa should contact the Committee (the address
can be found here).

Discount airline tickets from Japan to Hawaii are available for
participants of this conference.
Please contact with Mr. Mugishima or Ms. Torii at
Toyota Tourist International.
